Hiring Now: Manufacturing Team Members Location: Kentwood, MI 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | $19.50/hr 2nd Shift: Mon-Thu, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM | $21.50/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and install components for large commercial HVAC systems
• Work with hand tools and powered equipment
• Follow production instructions and quality standards
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and performance
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet daily production goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kentwood, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
