As you progress, you will learn how agents generate opportunities, organize prospective clients, understand the local market, and develop productive routines that can help you enter the business with greater confidence and direction. Once licensed, you will have the opportunity to continue developing alongside experienced South Bay real estate professionals. Coaching, accountability, proven systems, and hands on experience will help you strengthen your skills as you begin working with real clients and creating your own pipeline.
