The firm invests exclusively in lower-middle-market manufacturing and industrial businesses , partnering closely with management teams to drive growth and execute strategic M&A.
The team is lean and entrepreneurial, giving Associates the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility across the full investment lifecycle , from sourcing and underwriting through transaction execution and portfolio value creation. The Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals and have direct exposure to investment decisions from day one.
