Credentialing Timeframe : Emergency Privs got it done in 2 days with another speciality.

Client Requirements: cannot live within 90 miles of facility, Provider must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call
Travel Accommodations: Hotel, Mileage, and flight, Travel per CHS policy
