Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain current COTA licensure and certification throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active New Jersey state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Ability to work day shift hours
• Expected 40 hours per week throughout the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and contribute effectively in an urgent-need placement
