Role Description The Family Law Attorney will handle a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, property division, and related legal issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, assessing case facts, providing legal advice, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and reviewing agreements, and managing case files. The attorney will conduct discovery, participate in depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
